Now, before everybody panics, take a deep breath for a while. Is Webkinz becoming unpopular? Do you think that Webkinz toys will become a one hit wonder? Do you think that its trend will die in the next two years or so?

It’s true for a fact that every year more and more toys are coming out and flood the already booming market. People buy toys all the time for their children, especially for Christmas. But none of them hardly survive the test of time. Maybe one or two. Remember Tickle Me Elmo that came out not too long ago? Remember how people just got crazy over it? Many even camped outside of toy stores everywhere to buy it once the stores opened. How about them Ty Beanie Babies? You remember them too?

It’s crazy to think that everywhere, people are looking for where to buy Webkinz for sale. Since the beginning of this Webkinz phenomenon, stores run out of stock as soon as they hit the shelves.

Since its release in 2005 by a company called Ganz, children as well as adults (guilty as charged) are going crazy over these Webkinz toys like never before. Remember the ever so popular Ty Beanie Babies? I believe that Webkinz is more popular than that with over two million units sold and with over one million users registered at Webkinz.com website.

I, personally don’t think Webkinz as a waste of money. People are actually collecting them by the dozens. So why aren’t they a waste of money? Just like baseball trading cards, these Webkinz toys can be sold at a high price once they are retired.

For those who don’t know, Webkinz are actually stuffed animals or plush toys as you’d like to call them. Each animal or Webkinz toy comes equipped with a special code that you can use to access using the Internet to the ‘Webkinz World’. Inside, you are able to adopt a virtual version of your pet. With me so far? Good.

Upon adoption of your first Webkinz pet, you’ll be given basic items such as a room and some money. The currency that they use is called Kinzcash. You’ll get 2000 Kinzcash for you to use to buy stuff for your pet. You can also earn more Kinzcash by playing multiple minigames for free, including arcade games and quizzes.

Hi Webkinz lover, or should I call you Webkinz addict? By reading the title of this blog, you probably would’ve guessed that I’m a Webkinz toys addict too. I’m married with no kids yet. Right now, every webkinz toys that I bought, I gave them to my darling niece. She just lurrrvvvve her Webkinz toys. If I’m not mistaken I’ve bought her 3 and the rest came from her other aunts and uncles and 1 from her parents. I don’t know how many of these toys she has now. Hahahaha, welcome to the wonderful world of Webkinz.
